How I Started:
Weights were in the house so i started lifting.On and off since age 8...mostly bench pressing. was pressing about 75lbs at 11y/o with those plastic sand filled weights. lol
Why I Love It:
Like to look and feel strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my fellow bodyspacers...
...the quest for the permanent six pack.

BB Accomplishments:
Bench pressing 350lbs. It's time for me to
get back there and surpass it...I'll see very soon.
All my measurements are relaxed...except arms. lol
Back on the couch-to-5k running program. I'm going to run 1/2mph faster than last time but I'm still starting at week 1.

Yeah, eventually 6 pack is going to let me in or I'm going to kick the door down.
At any rate, if you're happy thats all that matters. He he, the deadlift is usually always the culprit and its rare to find it being the result of some heavyweight. Usually something light and your back just wasn't ready for it.
