Results, results, results. I love that there is always something new to learn in fitness. The way our bodies react to food and to exercise can be different for each of us. Fascinating! With a tweak of the diet or a change in form one can create a new, beautiful body.

How I Stay Motivated:
Being an example for my clients, constantly setting new goals for myself. Watching my children as the lightbulb goes off in their minds. Opening my mind to new training techniques and nutrition tricks.
