I am trying to fight the belly, butt, and thigh bulge. I look like I am ready to give birth! I am waiting for someone to ask me how far along I am :( That will be the day that I become agoraphobic! I have always been thin-115-120 and active through my 20's. Then I moved to Florida 8 yrs ago. The last 1.5 yrs I have gone from 125-155! mostly around my belly and waist (i dont have one) but I am thin everywhere else! I cut out ALL carbs! I am not a sweet eater or bread eater-never have been. I do have a weakness for white russians (approx 12 drinks per 7 days)i eat alot of salad and NEVER eat fast food!I just cannot seem to lose it-I tried hydroxycut and I gained 5 lbs! I am going to try Isogenex and do a 9 day cleanse. I had a friend that lost 11 lbs in the 9 days!
Why I Love It:
I am not a work-out kinda gal. I do crunches on my excercise ball (4 x/week-4 sets of 30)and bike ride.
so my trainer has upped the reps and weight and i feel alot stronger already since i first started. went for a loooong bike ride yesterday and my endurance is definately improved. I need to start kicking up my cardio to burn fat faster. soreness is to a minimum and starting to get a little cut...
hi! To answer your question, it's the combination of doing weights(heavy) PLUS having a great diet that transformed my metabolism(+body) I cant wait to hear more about how youre doing!
crunches dont work very well. I do weighted abs. How much cardio you getting? I dont really do any cardio, its all diet. Have you had your thyroid checked? AND white russians, too funny!
