Bent-over Rows 4 sets
Bench Presses 4 sets
10 Mins of Cardio (Ellipticals usually)
Day B
Squats 4 sets
Overhead Military Presses 4 sets
10 Mins of Cardio (Ellipticals usually)
Lat Pull-Downs/Pull-Ups 4 sets
