My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

Because I'm trying to gain mass and strength, I'm focusing on compound lifts. Isolation movements when I advance.

Day A

Deadlifts 4 sets

Bent-over Rows 4 sets

Bench Presses 4 sets

10 Mins of Cardio (Ellipticals usually)

 

Day B

Squats 4 sets

Overhead Military Presses 4 sets

10 Mins of Cardio (Ellipticals usually)

Lat Pull-Downs/Pull-Ups 4 sets
