barbbtorres Hey. Nope I didn't get ur messg. U can look me up on Facebook if u want cause I check that more often. So the diet has been really good for me. Been staying on track with it except today my meals were all over the place. So I went to the gym to do "serious cardio". LOL. Not really I got tired really fast for some reason. First time ever that I have been lifting so heavy. I usually do super-sets trying to burn more calories. So this whole not doing cardio is very new to me.
