How I Started:
I got started working out because of football in high school. I started to get really into it to loose a lot of weight at the end of high school, but working out took a backseat to college life.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it keeps me physically able to do the things I love (cycling, snowboarding, and being able to out perform the guy next to me)
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated for me is one of the hardest things. People around me think bodybuilding is a steroid driven sport and not a way of life. It sounds weird but i try to stay focused on the long term goal, it helps me not feel like i may have failed the short term ones.
BB Accomplishments:
Rehabilitated both shoulders to 30-pound external rotations(15 reps x 3 sets), Huge when i have a completely torn labrum in left shoulder and 2nd degree AC seperation on right. Maxed out dumbell press at 180 pounds(x4 reps). Injured my left shoulder again after this and now am working on re-rehabilitating it.

Goal (Long):
In high school I was overweight, at 260, and an offensive linemen in football. I was never happy with the way I felt about my body, and still today I am not completely satisfied. I made a bet of who could get in better shape with a pseudo-buddy for the two of us to be spartans(300) for halloween. I took my diet and exercise to an extreme and lost a good 8-10 pounds of bodyfat and gained some muscle at the same time. But after 8 weeks I burnt out, and unfortuanetly binged and gained back a few pounds of fat. I want to fix up my diet, stay motivated for the long term this time and be able to see a six pack for the first time in my life.
