How I Started:
When I was younger, I was really lazy and did not play much outdoor sports. My lifestyle, which consisted of playing video games and eating bad, led me to the obese life.
I wanted to have a sexy, attractive girlfriend, so at 21, I decided to lose weight.
At first I moderated what I ate and starting hitting the gym at school (this was back in Kansas City).
Once I moved to Orlando to finish my schooling, I worked out sporadically, which led me to realize i wasn't getting anywhere.
A couple of years ago, I started eating healthier, include vegitables I did not really like. I lost more weight, but then I became too skinny.
Now, I have followed the Abs Diet recipies from Men' Health and worked out harder, thus reaching my goal of visible abs.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling afterwards where you feel really good. I also like looking at myself in the mirror and seeing a sexy man. ;) I also like feeling more confident in my work clothes.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I am a better man than I was 10 years ago due in no small part to my work out ethic. Feeling like I can talk to girls easier than I used.
My mirrir reflection, which does not lie.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing weight from 220 to 140 over 7 years.

Being able to develop a 4-pack so far.

More toned muscles.

oh gosh, I can't remember when we last spoke? Training has been going well except for the last few weeks. I was in a car accident on superbowl sunday and I am recovering - in physical therapy for that, but it is going well. That though threw everything upside down with missed classes, and catching up on homework - I am all caught up now. No anime unfortunately this year actually. What is your news?

I do thirty every morning to warm up before cardio. That is in addition to my chest training that I do 1-2 times/week
