Eat clean! Since the body is shaped 10% in the gym, and 90% in the kitchen - I want to start shaping my body through food choices now.
Goal (Long):
To be healthy, happy and in control of my body. For years, I have struggled with body image issues. I am convinced I will overcome these foes by the time I am 30! One year and some months remaining. I have committed to the gym, and now I need to commit to a dedicated lifestyle. I need consistency!!! I want to honestly say that I am happy with my body.
Why I like this video: I LOVE this video! I had heard that pole dancing can be a good workout, so I decided to give it a try. I teach Yoga, workout everyday, and used to be a gymnast - this chould be cake. The pole kicked my ass! I like this video, because I know exactl how she feels. But, I will say that it is an excellant addition to a workout regimen. It requires a great deal of upper body strength, used in non-traditional ways. I have a whole new appreciation for people with this skill!!! :)
