How I Started:
I am a stay at home mom, and needed an outlet. I initially joined the YMCA just because they have child watch! Two hours a day of 'me' time.
Why I Love It:
Great stress relief, peace of mind, and gets the day started off right.
How I Stay Motivated:
If I don't go, my productivity level for the entire day is lowered!

Eat clean! Since the body is shaped 10% in the gym, and 90% in the kitchen - I want to start shaping my body through food choices now.
Goal (Long):
To be healthy, happy and in control of my body. For years, I have struggled with body image issues. I am convinced I will overcome these foes by the time I am 30! One year and some months remaining. I have committed to the gym, and now I need to commit to a dedicated lifestyle. I need consistency!!! I want to honestly say that I am happy with my body.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I try to keep my reps and sets constantly changing so my body does not get used to them.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30-60 seconds. I want to keep my heart rate up to recieve maximum benefits out of my workout.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Halle Berry. She's toned, yet remains feminine.
