I have been relatively thin my entire life, yet while i am not scrawny i yearn to have a more muscular body. i see and feel gains in my body, but my numbers do not show it. psychologically it gets very frustrating knowing that i am trying hard & pushing myself but i can't get the "good" weight on or bring down my body fat.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
it's difficult after working all day. i need my music to get me going, or on training days- that initial RUSH after the first intense warm-up set, I FEEL GOOD!
