I am deployed and when I have off time I go to the gym

Helps me reduce stress and makes me feel better about me. When I am in the gym I think of nothing else but working out
How I Stay Motivated:
Good workout partner, and seeing progress help a lot. Also, I want to look good for my wife...she hasnt seen the new me in person yet, I want her to say "wow!"

Ok, well I havent posted in over two weeks, and that is becuase I have been on leave from Iraq and able to spend the last 18 days with my family at home. My time was great and I even managed to work out 4-5 times a week. The great people of Anytime Fitness let me workout for free and even hooked...

You might want to recheck your bf%. Unless your pics are just wacky, you look like you're definitely under 9%, which means you're at your goal. It's very hard to see abs with 13%. I'm at 9.85%, so use that as a guidepoint. Anyway, good luck with your goals.
