Lose fat, gain muscle, and improve overall health.
Goal (Long):
Initially, to just get back into decent shape. Improve overall health, tone muscle, and step up the cardio. Then once I am in a bit better shape to begin adding muscle.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%

Ok, I really need to get off of this roller-coaster! I do really well for a while and then go back to zero exercises and bad eating habits. My weight is stabilized, so I guess that's a positive, but any strength and toning that I gain seems to vanish right away.
