Actually I had always been in the gym because of sports, but didn't really know too much about what I was doing. It wasn't until around 2001 that I walked into a Vitamin World and saw a women who worked there. Her shoulders and arms were awesome....she was about my age and looked great! At that point I realized I needed someone to teach me how to get there....so I hired a personal trainer.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it's a stress reliever and I like the challenge on my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
My Oxygen magazines keep me motivated. Their articles are informative and the women look great.
I diet all year round and eat out once in a while for a change....but lately I have been loosing my motivation to eat my normal foods. I change it up once I get completely sick of it, but I was wondering if anyone had any new ideas? I don't eat fish unless it's sushi so that may not be...
SouthTown Fitness FKA Gold's, is a pretty decent place, down on Seneca & Harlem. People don't "take up space." The come in, workout and get out. :) Decent, and the staff doesn't "attack" you about memberships! U should check it out.
