Your progress pics through last summer are really impressive. Your back has added a lot of lower lat width. I'm surprised that your abs stayed defined through the bulking. Keep up the good work.

What's up man? Ha...guess who ALSO weighs 156? Strange strange...we are always pretty close to each other on here. I'm strongly considering hitting another UD 2.0 over winter break from school. I was 7% 2wks ago so I'm thinking that would take me to 5 since I'll probably be 6 by Dec 15th anyway. Check out my progress pix and tell me your input?

What's up man? How's your training going? I finished the UD 2.0 awhile ago. I'm at 161 now...waist is 30ish. I'm thinking about hitting it one more time. It's funny because you and I are almost identical in our stat/weight/height so it's good to keep track of what you're doing, haha.
