I didn't like getting picked on, previously tall and skinny.
Why I Love It:
Its a great way to blow of steam, I love the feeling of being sore from a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm not the biggest guy out there, and to prove you can still do great things drug free.

The competition gets better every year.

Just for fun, here is a side by side with one taken last year, notice anything different? I was about 290 in the one on the right, 260 in the one on the left. Improvement I think :)
Anyone who is willing to work as hard as this girl does to be lean all year around and to do it naturally has my respect. Strict diet and hard work are a lifestyle for Ms. Lora.
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
When I do it, Eliptical Cross trainer, easy on the shins, easy to do HIIT on.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
When I'm trying to loose weight 20min after I lift, and 30min 2 days a week when I don't lift. Otherwise I should only do cardio days I lift, but most the time I skip it, I know, bad...

I've been great....working on getting a sponsor and getting some fitness modeling jobs, finishing my book, working with clients....it never ends, but I love it! Glad you are doing better!
Hey you!! Whats up with the picture?? How long is that for? Yea, i am not sure that Sept show was natural. But, it looked good for me. I just never seem to go up in weight although I look bigger. I am about 124/125 now.

I am sad to say I never made it to your booth. I was mostly overwhelmed the whole time. I enjoyed working with my booth so much. I tried to walk around some but it was just too busy!!
