What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
When I do it, Eliptical Cross trainer, easy on the shins, easy to do HIIT on.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
When I'm trying to loose weight 20min after I lift, and 30min 2 days a week when I don't lift. Otherwise I should only do cardio days I lift, but most the time I skip it, I know, bad...

I am doing good! I have cut back my training to circuit style med weight..plan on another week of this. I got really burnt out and took a few days off. Probably kinda overtrained. LOL...How are you?
No time off school (summer is a long way off!) Yep, is nearly winter here, but not much of a break anyways (it will be full of work and setting up a business and so forth...)
I know, that squat surprised me too, my coach kept pushing me harder and harder, stacking the weights on, was soo scared but wow, what a surreal moment, my head was spinning...ahh--still remember it like yesterday! :) lol Any moments like that for you?
YEEEEEE HAW! Part of the last gain could be water, but all good. I am on serious mass, getting about 3000 (at least) cals in. I am noticing a difference! How are you?
