I have always been a little chubby and insecure with myself. I hated anything that had to do with exercise and only concept of dieting was starving myself. In October '06 I met my current boyfriend. He had just started at the gym I "worked out" (socialized) at. He was 5 weeks out from his first bodybuilding competition and despite being carb depleted he took my lazy ass on as his first client! He taught me that working out could be fun and the healthier my body got the more secure I would be with myself. Since that day I committed myself to being the best.. the girl I knew I could be.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get when I see even the little changes in my body. I love the strength and empowerment I feel when I push myself to the limit... and most of all I love the confidence it has given me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its easy to stay motivated with such an inspiration like Adam as my boyfriend and trainer. He pushes me in all the right ways and helps me reach my goals. On top of that the idea of being in a bikini in front of my family and friend and a ton of other people is pretty motivating!!!
BB Accomplishments:
I competed in the 08 Total Package in Edmond, Oklahoma... I placed 2nd in my height class!!! Yippeee! =)
Sculpt my legs and add more upper body and ab muscles.
Goal (Long):
I have great quads and calves.. they need more sculpting though.. and my hammies need work too. I have broad shoulders, but my bis and tris need to gain size to even things out... I also lost all my ab definition when i dieted down for the show, so I need to work on making them stronger.
