40 Minutes of Cardio/4xs a week. I also take a weightlifting body class, yoga, pilates, and a stepclass. (They vary).
I should be working more with weights, I'm a weakling when it comes to that department.

Wow!! thank you so much!!!!!! I really appreciate you taking the time to write this out for me.
I have been eating a lot better, and I'm going to try some of your meals. It is hard to stay consistent...and I do tend to get hungry easily, so the jello that you suggested is not a bad idea! :)
I need 6 more lbs to go to reach my goal.

It was VERY hard. I did it twice and lost weight and inches! But you have to follow it exactly. I think I cried the first days I couldn't eat anything..it was brutal. But after that, it gets easier. Let me know how you do! It is a great product.
