kindly allow me 2 share d below. CUT D JUNK FOOD :) you will reach ur goal in 8 wks. No Excuse :p cook ur own food, eat 5-8 small meals/day. 3 main meals + friuts/veggie in btw 2 make up d total meals. Remember your pre N post workout protein shake. i hv gone through this and getting fast result. I'm hook now seeing veins "through" my skin. If u can, drink plenty of green tea (Try dis brand:herballife Teamix) Exercise-good nutrition(diet) = zero(Stricty Speaking) So What is d deal??

ya i wan dat 6 pks badly. This low carbo thing is tough as i am a "Rice-addict". My Mum says the cat eat more rice than me! Not easy sometime- hand also shivered. As 4 d exercise i guess we all know but it really boils down to doing it correctly with top form. Take crunches for example, sometime i just feel that i am not hitting the targetted area. May progess is bad ( And i tell u this body fat is not easy to deal with!! stay cool-stay cardio :)!

Hi Hi Thanks for the add too. Yup I will heed your advise. In fact my short term goal now is six peck. So i am on low carbo, high protein regime now- to get shred n grow Lean mass. Even my arm is not impressive now. As i only weigh 62kg so overall its not really impressive. There are a lot and hope we can share n motivate each other in time to come. U take care. & Lets pray for PPL in China and Burma now. Cheers.
