My Best Friend lost 203 pds and he has inspired me in so many ways. There is definitely no such thing as " I CANT DO IT" because my best friend is a living example that anyone can!
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel good about myself and the goals I am trying to reach.

For the last month I have really been feeling insecure about my body and myself and I have decided I want to do something about it. I want to transform my body into a body I feel comfortable, will love, and feel ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL IN! I just turned 26 and I am ready to put my all into this since it finally clicked to me that I am not getting any younger....

Hi Crystal, Well, I would not really be the right person to give advice unless it is for a hardgainer who wants to gain muscle weight...there are folks here far better qualified than I. Now, motivation, on the other hand...that I can do. Stay in touch and we'll do this thing together :)
