How I Started:
I have always been into staying fit since I was a kid. I have always been involved in cheerleading and track but after high school I got pregnant...then again...then again!!! 3 babies!!!! I started lifting weights after my second baby because my husband is into powerlifting. He taught me a whole lot and I LOVE it!!! I had my 3rd baby 8 months ago and I am in better shape now than I ever have been in my life!!! I am now just trying to burn off the last bit of bodyfat and then plan on building definition. I have goals of being a figure competitor in the future and I take it seriously! Wish me luck!!! =D
Why I Love It:
I love working out b/c it is a positive outlet! IT only benefits you and others around you.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by surrounding myself with others who are into staying fit and also by reading oxygen magazine and following the women of fitness....ie Monica,Jamie Eason,Heidi Fletcher etc.
BB Accomplishments:
So far I feel like my accomplishment is losing 36 pounds of baby weight in under 8 months! I did it in a safe and healthy way and that is the most important thing! I look forward to many more accomplisments to come!

I am beginning to lean out and I am now working on my vtaper! I went from 135lbs to 117lbs! Still have a ways to go but it's coming along well.

Goal (Long):
I want to lose the last bit of bodyfat from baby #3 by June 1st. I have been in the gym consistently since he was born (8months ago) but I have not been doing enough cardio! I am starting a new routine as of April 1st and I will take progress pics by May 1st. I plan on doing an hour of cardio Tues,weds,thurs,Sat,and Sunday and also training my abs every other day. I will do a full body weight training routine every Mon. and Fri. to keep my muscle intact. Besides that...I will continue to eat clean and be even more strict. I can't wait to see the progress pics! Watch for me b/c I am gonna make big changes! xoxo
