I have worked out my whole life, but took 2005 to 2007 off. I was about 240, and terribly out of shape. I decided I wasn't old enough to be out of shape yet, and dropped down to 185 where I have remained since.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me looking young, feeling great and allows me to work harder for longer hours.
How I Stay Motivated:
Life's too much fun to be spent sitting down or watching TV.
The problem was I was working nights, and eating only one meal a day, so I put on the weight fast. i didn't normally walk around at 238.
To take it off, I just got back to a normal sleep cycle, and ate smaller more frequent meals. For breakfast I consumed most of my carbs for the day, followed...
6am legs... wth for??? hahaha... I hit my legs too saturday mid Am and boy do my wheels hurt! I had a tough session! Arms tonight and just cant wait!!! I DO WORK U Know!! :) GET AT IT Doll...
