"I would like to lose 25 lbs so I can look smokin' hot on my birthday, which is November 4th! Then I want to be able to maintain my weight and start leading a healthy lifestyle..have tried and failed mulitiple times but hopefully this'll do the trick"

Hi! I'm good and my training is off to a good start so far. Been writing down everything I'm eating so I don't eat crappy food and I just started taking tae kwon do classes! :) How is everything going for you?

lol why thank you!! :) well it's my 21st birthday...so I'm gonna get a party bus and go downtown but I just wanna be able to wear a skimpy dress! lol

Haha not really. I just started jogging 2 miles every morning so that's going good, and I'm starting a different workout program because weights are not doing anything at all for me...they've just made my legs huge! lol. how's everything going for you?

HA no! haven't been to the gym in like 2 weeks! Don't have a car right now......so this sucks. And me and my bf broke up so i've been on like a drinking binge and gained like 3 lbs!! Nooo! how are things for you??

ohh pretty good. i've been lifting everyday and doing cardio like every other day. Yeah definately up the cardio, I wasn't doing any and once I started I noticed a big change in just a week! so GOOD LUCK! :)

Well my friend gave me that as a rap name bcuz i was singing three 6 mafia.. so crunchy white instead of crunchy black.. lol and yes i know i spelt crunchy wrong.. haha
