Goal (Long):
I want to lose 25 lbs.. so that my weight is in between 125-130 lbs. I would like to get my body fat down to 8%, but short term goal is 18%. I just want to lead a healthy lifestyle and feel good about myself! :)
so i started taking the n0 extreme a few days ago, and really hasn't had that much of an affect on me :\ Has anyone taken this before? Do you think I should take 2 packets instead of 1? It says to take 2 for an "Advanced Dosage". It just made me feel a little energetic like 5 mins after...
Hello,
Glad you are doing good, and your training is off to a good start. That is a good idea to write down everything you are eating. I have been writting down everything I eat on an internet program. That way I can see what I am eating when the program brakes the food down. tae kwon do is a good class and exercise. I am doing good. My training is going a little slow right now.
Try the HIIT route. Maybe that'll work better for ya.
And I hear ya with the weights. They produce very very slow results for me too. But like I always say: it takes time. How much time? Everyone is different. Good luck to ya.
