Personal Info And Background:
Real Name: Christina

Age: 37

Gym: Columbus State University Fitness Center

When I Started:
How I Started: I wanted to lose weight and be stronger and I knew that lifting would do that for me. I'd tried weight lifting before but always ended up giving up because I tried to do too much too soon. Now I know better and I plan to do what I can and always push myself to do a bit more.
Why I Love It: Because when I lift I feel strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
BB Accomplishments: Doing a full bb squat the other day after doing only baby squats due to knee issues.

I am happy to be back to 224, but I am so tired of this up / down / up / down with the same 10 pounds! I want to be UNDER 220 and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I actually looked at myself in the mirror today and TOLD my body it was okay to lose weight. Sounds silly, but I hope it works....

Thank you sis for the support and kind words. They're appreciated more than you know. :) I can relate to bulky thighs. My thighs constantly rubbed when I first began training. I can't wait until I reach my goal. I'm sending you warm thoughts and encouragement on your journey. You can do this!! :) T

I have found you will get the best results using a proven nutrition & workout program. I followed the Body for Life 12 week program and lost 50 lb’s and my bodyfat dropped from 36% to 10% and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6. I believe by using their nutrition weightlifting & cardio program you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. Give me a yell if you wish.
