Now I am at session 4 approaching one month of training, progress was not as planned since commitment did not standup to the challenge. But the good news i am transforming and i am moving forward and body shape is improving. I had not have the chance to do more than 3 sessions a week in the past 4 weeks i should not wenge about work driving 260 KM to and from work !!!. since i've been doing that for 2 years now!!. any way starting from next week i will be increasing sessions basically... Just started my gym sessions on the 3rd of May 2012. if you see my other blogs you would notice that i have anticipated to start much earlier on march or April. I was waiting for nearby Gym to open !!!!!! any way now we have started; i am very very motiviated and looking forward to get my life back. I've been feeling so bad in the past few weeks and looked even worst. The other day i was posting my start photo and was compering it to previous photos of my back it was a shocker.... Go to BodyBlog

Un fortunatly i could not start training on the anticipated date which was 1st or April due to 23 days delay in opening Gym. I know i should have not waited since feb. but I 've got my self locked for one year subscribtion with that Gym and they kept delaying and delaying and now they promised to open on the 23rd of April!!!!!. any way that time was very usefull i was able to charg up mentally and get prepared for my next cycle of transformation. I managed to convince one of my mates... Go to BodyBlog
