How I Started:
I went for a trip to Sharm al Shiekh Egypt. and i was really overweight. I could not enjoy the water activities and my favorite scopadiving. I was always an athlete i even was a member of the National team for Diving in Jordan but when i satarted uni.I took different approach in life office-work, study and relax at home. At the time of this trip I was 106 Kg and very low on energy and my best mates are TV, Recliners and nachos. I reliazed how much i slipped over the years and how bad my shape is i always thought internally that i am that athlete although i don't look like one any more!!!. at that point i made my decision to transform. Now i am 85Kg with a defined body but i am still pushing to get the best of my self and i know i have better.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of burn after working out and the most i love is how relaxed i feel when i go to bed.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at what i was and where i am today and comparing with the profiles on BodySpace. and i want to be a Role model for my kids and wife.
BB Accomplishments:
lost 20 Kilos of Fat and reshape my body!
