Description: Finally tested out my new maxes for squat and deadlift since June. I improved my squat by 15 lbs, and deadlift by 95 lbs in just a little over 2 months.
My previous squat max was 300 lbs and my deadlift was 295 lbs.
Looks like I can reach my goal of 405 lbs on my deadlift by the end of September.

i was soooo happy to see 123.6. well it was jumping back and forth 123.6 and 123.8. then it just stop on .6 =( but hey that's pretty good. didnt reach my goal though.
Yeah unfortunately I can only really get over there at like 5ish and it's always packed.
Looks like you have a good thing going for you dude, just wait till you get up to like 195. You're lucky you have the height thing going for you.
