Three times a week. I do upper and middle rectus abdominus. Then, i do obliques on another day. Then, i do lower rectus abdominus another day, keeping the days evenly split. I hope this helps!

You should wait until you are a sophmore (15-16) to lift weights. It will stunt your growth and you won't get any gains past a muscle fiber recruitment phase. IMO it's best to wait and just try to eat as clean as possible.

As of right now, my food stamps have run out and have been out for the past week. I only get $161/mo. for food since i cannot afford groceries on my own. I could easilly eat double that, and that would only be me eating the same amount every day!

I've made a few personal bests within the past week alone! So, really good. I am now at 310 for donkey calf raises, 325 for machine shoulder shrugs, and 210 for dumbell shrugs whereas i was only able to do 295, 300, and 195, respectively.
How about yours?
