It depends, i do anywhere from a 1 rep max to a superset of 25-30. usually i stick with either a 10-10-10 or a pyramid of 12-10-8 unless i really want to get in some heavy sets then its 10-8-6 or 8-6-4. How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
One minute, after 30 seconds 70% of the body's ATP is recharged in the muscle that was being used. After another 30 seconds over 90% of ATP is restored. That allows me to lift more weight but i dont wait more than that since i don't want to lose my heart rate. Sounds great man, you are doing an amazing job. My progress is going well. FIrst trying to get some weight off, doing fairly well. Now trying to learn more about lifting and getting the muscle...lets see how that goes!
