Background
I've been working out for a few yrs. Played college Volleyball with UIPR and surf as a hobby pretty much all my childhood. I just start to something called "crossfit football" and it really is the ****!! It focuses on strength and conditioning fitness methodology that promotes broad and general overall physical fitness. CrossFit combines weightlifting, sprinting, and gymnastics.. in other words....freaking killing badass workouts that separates men from kids..
it improves my awesome health overall and it spikes my stamina and intensity that I can also transfer to my day to day life... ;)
