Background

When I Started: Feb 2010
HOW I STARTED:

I've been working out for a few yrs. Played college Volleyball with UIPR and surf as a hobby pretty much all my childhood. I just start to something called "crossfit football" and it really is the ****!! It focuses on strength and conditioning fitness methodology that promotes broad and general overall physical fitness. CrossFit combines weightlifting, sprinting, and gymnastics.. in other words....freaking killing badass workouts that separates men from kids..

WHY I LOVE IT:

it improves my awesome health overall and it spikes my stamina and intensity that I can also transfer to my day to day life... ;)

6x3 sets of back squats (ass to ground) 2x3 sets of chained box squats, 3x3 full cleans, 3x3 Power Cleans/ then the fun begins; 6 rounds of: 7 48inch box jumps, 50yrd sprints, 7 20lbs (mean)ball slams

doctorstacy it is too bad some of these military docs aren't in shape or care about fitness...you are military right...don't you all have physical fitness tests..LOL.
