How I Started:
Around my freshman year in high school I started messing around with weights but it wasn't until my junior year that I really hit them hard.
Why I Love It:
I like being in control of my goals and seeing to it that I accomplish them! Exercise is probably the most rewarding for the time put in. In addition I love playing ice hockey and it helps to be in shape for that... if you play you know!
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard but when I look at the U.S. and see just how out of shape as a whole everyone is it makes me want to be in the top percent of healthy. That and I just feel better overall.
BB Accomplishments:
Can't really say I've had any... ha ha I tore my shoulder in Iraq going for the 315 club bench T-shirt... sadly I didn't get my shirt due to my over enthusiasm. To this day I can't barbell bench without pain... dumbbells are where it's at!!!

Well today I started my high rep low rest with cardio routine. Naturally a lower calorie diet is part of the cutting phase. I learned today... in just one day... that many MANY foods are not pre portioned ie: frozen chicken breasts, they come in about a dozen a bag... however... a portion is...
