I started in high school when I was playing football. When i went to college i joined a frat and everyone in my frat worked out so i fit in pretty well and I have been training ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love it because I'm in control of my body, and I can shape it and build it anyway i want.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well used to be by getting girls.. But now I'm planning on competing next summer so I am training for that.

Hey man looking good, you and I have the same goals man. I'm trying to compete in 2008 as well and trying to put on some more mass on my frame as well. If I were you though, I'd forget the 200pds and come in at 198pds at be at the top bracket for the light heavy weights instead of being on the bottom of the Heavy weights, you know. That's what I'm trying to do, come in 195-98 top spectrum of the light-heavy weights, good luck with your progress boss!
