How I Started:
After a divorce at the end of 2007 I stopped going to the gym, lost all motivation, barely ate for months, and began drinking alot. I have lost forty pounds of mostly muscle since december of 07 and i want it back and then some!
Why I Love It:
I love to work out, always have. It used to be such a BIG part of my life, and I want that part back!
How I Stay Motivated:
I like the feeling of having energy. I also love to eat, and working out gives me an excuse to eat all the time! :)

My goal is to be healthy again and not drink. I have fallen so far off the wagon this year it has circled back around and run me over. I want to take off my shirt a be proud of my accomplishments, not disgusted at what i have become. I think i could really use the selfesteam boost that comes with looking good in the mirror. I want to be back at 180 Lbs so i can wear my favorite shirts again!

Hey thanks. yea it took me a sec to figure out who you were. I just found out that my throid hasn't been working correctly. So I've gained quite a bit of weight because of it. I just recently got thyroid medicine so I thought I would enter the contest and take first place!! I have the knowledge and skills to get cut up and ripped. How have you been?

Eat clean daily however. Do NOT cut carbs too low!!! This is big mistake made by many newbies.
Hey bro. 30 to 45 minutes on treadmill incline 15 and 4.0 speed. Or eliptical same time on resistance 15. Otherwise outside or inside stadium stairs. Best if split in morning and weights night. But most important is to do it. Hope this helps
