Looking to add about 10 pounds of lean, solid muscle mass by the end of this year.

Return to the shape I was in before my 6 shoulder dislocations in 2 years.

I am really down.....but I am taking some time to honor all of those have come and served and even paid the ultimate price for me to continue to serve...I will serve with honor, courage and commitment!
