How I Started:
I have always worked out--running, aerobics, etc. I wasn't seeing the muscle that I wanted so I started working out with weights and WOW what a difference! I wish I would have known so I wouldn't have wasted 10 years of my life on cardio!
Why I Love It:
I love to push myself and meet my personal goals. It makes me feel great and I love to watch my body change-I'm addicted!
How I Stay Motivated:
I love getting stronger. I see new changes everyday and it makes me want to work harder, plus I have to keep up with JennyJ!

You sound just like me. After my recent lean down, however, I learned that I've built far too much muscle in my legs. Geeze, now I've got quite the challenge ahead of me: burn quad muscle, save delts. Hahaha! What a mess.
Heyyyyy girl! I'm doing well! I've taken a lot of the planning out of my training and diet and have been simply following the "DO WORK" mentality. I go to the gym, think about what is sore and what's not and just go at it full throttle till I can do no more. It's been great... so stress-free, so exhilarating. How's your training these days? What are you currently striving for?
