My son motivates me, being a good example for him. I have to be what I want him to be. Looking in the mirror helps too. :)

This feels like a continuance to my "sabotage" blog.  I was supposed to have met my goal on 2/18/08. I was so close, but I felt like I failed because I was 3pounds heavier than my goal weight & my waist was not at my goal either. So what did I do? What I always do give up...

Hey, i hired someone for the figure competitions, but not before that. I did those challenges on my own. The Body for Life program really works, also stevep78 has been helping a few women on here who have been getting results. You should talk to him :)
