How I Started:
I started weight training on & off starting in 2002, started the Body for Life program, continued for about 1 year, was in the best shape of my life then got divorced and have worked out on & off since then. :(
Why I Love It:
It relieves my stress and I feel healthy, strong and hot!
How I Stay Motivated:
All of you beautiful, disciplined, healthy people motivates me! Especially the tranformations help me to see I can do it too. I will be one of the tranformations, watch me!

This was taken when I jump started myself back into the bodybuilding game, day 1.
Lose 5% bodyfat & lose 10 pounds of body fat by 2/16/08 & gain muscle.
Goal (Long):
No more excuses or pushing back dates. Starting today 11/26/07 follow the Body for Life plan strictly & with discipline no matter what. I want the flattest, strongest, cut abs I've always wanted & will have by this summer. I want to take control of my life & age gracefully & healthy, without using food to celebrate, cry or de-stress. I will not abuse myself w/food. I will be an example to my overweight family members & give them hope, show them what success looks like. Especially for my son. I will be healthy, strong & confidant. I will believe in myself & my ability to succeed.
This feels like a continuance to my "sabotage" blog. I was supposed to have met my goal on 2/18/08. I was so close, but I felt like I failed because I was 3pounds heavier than my goal weight & my waist was not at my goal either. So what did I do? What I always do give up...
