I so deserved that and...i did it! went to Budapest wt my husband last weekend. had a lot of fun, walked like crazy for 6 hrs and took 300+ photos:)

go to the main page of this site - srolldown and hit exercises - choose abs and select body only. its got a video of the stomach vacuum - master it and the abs improvement is remarkable. try it and have a nice xmas.
