i usually jus go heavy for both. my chest kina comes naturally...i dont do any things special. jus the reg. exercises like barbell bench(inc/flat/dec), and heavy dumbells. i like doing negatives. and i use weights when i do any abb exercise. like rope or dumbell side crunches
