I have always been a tom-boy and on again off again at working out but I decided to get serious about 3 months ago when my ARSE was hanging over my legs and my arms looked like they would break if you grabbed them.

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
The constant talkers, ones that stay on their phones, the guys who think the gym is just for gorillas,ones that don't RE-RACK

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
A little huffing and puffin is ok, it means you are working your limit, BUT LOUDLY IS JUST FOR ATTENTION AND SHOW, it's unneeded

Wow 16 years in a relationship is quite an accomplishment these days I'm single with 3 children 18 years old daught who lives on her own a sixteen year old son who lives with me and a 4 year old son who lives with his mom. I hate Canadian winters but love summer I have been working out on and off for about 15 years hoping this time to stick to it.
