I ran cross country and track for about 8 years so I was really ripped but because of the high miles I ran I didn't have any size. So after I blew out my left knee in college I decided to leave competitive running and get more into bodybuilding and putting mass onto my frame.
Why I Love It:
I have always loved being active and outside. Getting that runners high was amazing. Once I got that first pump I was addicted. I do not do drugs, working out and getting the pump is my drug.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a mental picture of what I want to look like and goals that I want to achieve. I also have pictures of bodybuilders around my room, especially from the golden era, instead of the mass monsters today, that keep me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I graduated high school weighing 135 pounds because of being a really dedicated runner. Since then I have added 40 pounds of quality muscle. I have kept the same waist size and have stayed right at the same percent of body fat.

Well this week I'm not training as hard so that I'm not tired out by the time Sunday comes, lol. I really think I'm going to stick with running after this though, it challenges me like nothing else can.
The Magic Bullet is Awesome!! It will grind/blend just about anything! Less than a minute! Frozen fruit and ice...no chunks left! It comes with individual cups that fit on the base so you can make your protein shakes then drink immediately! No pouring!(I used to spill it!!)Maybe I'll right a blog..."Ode to My Magic Bullet!"LOL...Oh, and send that cookie recipe this way...sounds good!
Best protein pancakes EVER...1 scoop banana nut bread PP, 1/2 carton liquid egg whites, 1 packet of plain/regular instant oatmeal, and one banana. Blend it well (Invest in a Magic Bullet!!) and cook like regular pancakes!! Sometimes I top with almonds(slivered)or almond butter but I like them just plain!
