Same here, no complaints. I've been here in Korea for a year and a half. I did my 1st show in Seoul Dec '08 and that's all it took. I'm moving back to the states this weekend, so I'll be able to get more shows under my belt...can't wait! Take care.

No problem. A lil rule of thumb I like to use is to completely extend/stretch the lats on every rep and before contracting, flex and engage the back so that the back muscles are moving the weight (sqeeze for a sec or two at the peak of the contraction). I also use a hook grip with my fingers no thumbs to minimize any arm help. Have a great workout!

Man you're on your way to where you wanna be. Squeezing and flexing throughout the movement is key. I don't count reps, I mainly do that when I'm cutting. Massing up I go heavy enough to hit 8-12 reps, but its not about the number at that point...it's all about squeezing and flexing that target muscle through out the movement.

About the DB question, they're alright to have around the house but I would really suggest getting into a gym and master those beef building compound movements...remember nutrition first
