How I Started:
I got started really working out just to get stronger. I found it more fufilling than that. I really didn't know what I was doing, so I did everything at first. I would be a the gym for sometimes 5 hours at one time. Getting a trainer and researching what to do really helped out a lot in the beginning. I was able to give myself a solid program over time.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the obvious physical and psychological effects. The gym in general is a good community. I like the people in my gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
Make small goals and keep making them all the time. You have to challenge yourself. Also do new exercises and routines. Otherwise things do get boring.
BB Accomplishments:
4th place Novice Heavyweight NPC Mr. San Francisco
Day 1: Upper back, Traps, Chest, Calves
Day 2: Mid-Back, Lower back, Triceps, Abs
Day 3: Shoulders, Biceps, Forearms, Calves
Day 4: Legs, Abs
Day 5: Repeat or rest depending how I feel. Start back on day 1 if going again.
