Me when I first began lifting weights. As you can tell, my arms probably measured below 11 inches at the time. (Though I wasn't even aware that people measured their arms at the time)
You can notice Slight improvement in lats and left bicep if you really inspect the photo
With my body type, becoming a 250 pound rock of muscularity is out of the question. My goal is to drop my body fat percentage as low as possible and increase muscle fullness and strength. Basically, I want to be defined.
Short term stregth goals: Bench 275 by the end of high school. Increase vascularity. Stay dedicated to workout program.
Long term goals: Bench 375. Be satisyfied with the state of my body. Mantain low body fat percentages throughout life. Stay on healthy diet.
Goal which I would most like to achieve: Increase the size of my biceps, which have always lagged behind the rest of my physihe.
What I hope to gain from bodybuilding: High self-esteem and a desirable body.
