When I Started:
Feb, 2005
How I Started:
I visited my local community center which had just built a new gym/workout facility. I saw a couple of my friends there, who encouraged me to start meeting them up there for workouts. After one week, I was "hooked". I now go six mornings a week for cardio and weight training!
Why I Love It:
Working out has had a MAJOR impact on my mood, appearance and overall well being. My wife tells me I'm a diffirent man, my son is impressed with my overall energy, strength, vitality. My friends and work associates tell me I look ten years younger. I have also discovered it has enhanced my spiritual growth/development.
How I Stay Motivated:
I realized that working out is a daily investment in my physical/emotional/spiritual well-being. I also discovered it's an investment in my family.
BB Accomplishments:
Strength, stamina, definition.
