When I Started:
Feb, 2005
How I Started:
Some of my buddies invited me to the local recreation center. I didn't really think it would be big deal. Big mistake!! Within a week, I was in there 4-5 days a week for cardio/weight training. Haven't stopped!!
Why I Love It:
Working out has had a MAJOR impact on my mood, appearance and overall well being. My family also agrees and supports my goals. My friends and work associates tell me I look younger, healthier. I have also discovered it has enhanced my spiritual growth/development.
How I Stay Motivated:
I realized that working out is a daily investment in my physical/emotional/spiritual well-being. I also discovered it's an investment in my family.
BB Accomplishments:
Strength, stamina, definition, pride.

Football, colors and cooler temperatures (great sleeping weather)! I always find myself getting "fired up" this time of year. My motivation for workouts feels as if it's at peak. Did four miles cardio today following my upper body work. Came home feeling good. But like everything else...
Well I'd like to of course, as a competitor! The reason I asked is because I too have only spectated... do you know anyone who might be able to help a newbie?
Interesting to see your latest workout.I've been shortening my workouts (though they have been rather scarce recently). The intensity and results are the same as a longer workout......
