Im super busy bro, working 40-50 hours a week on the clock and working alot more off the clock, just trying to help people. Im up to about 230 in weight, added 10 pounds this year. Lifts are all up too What about you?

i think its usually 8-12 weeks. Check up with them to make sure that they are not encountering any delays. Alot of government offices from SSN, DL, Passports etc are all backed up. Check up with them on the status of your application. Are you still waiting to get a job at the Y? As much as they suck, get a job at GNC until you can get a real job as you will still get discounts there as an employee. Then I will hook you up with us.

See I think what separates us is that I am training for all round fitness. I am training for strength, power and explosiveness as I want to get into pro hockey. Muscle maturity doesn't peak until 35-38. So I still have lots of time as long as I keep lifting. 23 is awesome though man! I'm right around 27. I'm not really training for size right now, but functionality. Size will come with lots of calories and lifting hard. I still don't totally control my diet right now.

Do you need shakers? I have more than i need since we have a shake bar at the gym, so i just make shakes there now, including everything else in them like creatine, glutamine, multis etc. FYI, do you want a 5lb jug of ON whey for $30? Its on sale right now at our gym. Same with lots of other stuff. When you turn 18 lets get you a job there so you can start making some money and eventually get into training people. Im in my second month of training people and looking to make 2-3G this month.

You seem to be coming up rather quickly on the squats. make sure your form doesnt suffer at all. You should be through your heels at all times through the squat and getting to at least parallel. I know you know these things, just make sure you are doing them every rep. If you are doing 275, your thighs should be 22-24 by now.

No idea what my gains have been as ive been pretty busy with my car and work, I'm starting to feel stronger. I did DB Overhead presses with 80's last week. Still no size on the shoulders yet. But I did do 365 on BB squat 3 times last week. I know im not eating enough too...maybe 4500 cal a day. How has your training been going?
