Its high reps and low reps with as heavy as I can go with 100% proper form.

My Nutrition Philosophy View My Full Nutrition Philosophy

Very basic program.

Meal 1
1 cup uncooked oat meal

1 cup egg whites(with hot sauce)

1 tbs flax oil.

 

Meal 2 and 3

180 grams chicken

1 cup cooked white rice.(with hot sauce)

Meal 4

180 grams chicken

200 grams vegges(no peas or corn)

Meal 5

240 grams tuna

200 grams vegges.(no peas or corn)

 

I eat every 3 to 4 hours

RobBaxter Thanks man, I appreciate the comments. I actually took a break from competing from 2008 till I got onstage again last June at Southerns. I'm doing the prep to get onstage again this June and then hopefully hit provincials for the first time then I'm taking a year off to gain size. What about you?
