Very basic program.
Meal 1
1 cup uncooked oat meal
1 cup egg whites(with hot sauce)
1 tbs flax oil.
Meal 2 and 3
180 grams chicken
1 cup cooked white rice.(with hot sauce)
Meal 4
180 grams chicken
200 grams vegges(no peas or corn)
Meal 5
240 grams tuna
200 grams vegges.(no peas or corn)
I eat every 3 to 4 hours
