Started in high school lifting for the various sports that I played (Basketball, baseball, football). Have enjoyed anything health and fitness related since. Though unfortunately have let myself get out of shape the last couple of years. So I'm making a come back!
Why I Love It:
It's time I can close out the rest of the world (stress relief). Always feel so great afterward. Enjoy to see the changes as I progress.
How I Stay Motivated:
Attending the Arnold in Columbus. Seeing others accomplishments on Bodybuilding.com and looking in the mirror.

It is sooooo slow.... lol. Actually I am getting stronger. I did three set of 10 hanging dips the other day. I know that is probably no bid deal for you, lol. But I was super excited!
