How I Started:
I looked in the mirror one day and decided that I was no longer content with my shape. At the age of 28, I'm tired of being called "cute" and being told that I look like a teenager. I'm ready to begin turning some heads and to look my age. I intend to sculpt some sexy curves and to tone up all over.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel stronger, more empowered, and sexier every time that I do it. In addition, I enjoy reaping the results of all my hard work.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by keeping track of my progress daily and by reminding myself why I'm doing this in the first place.
BB Accomplishments:
So far, my major accomplishment has been not missing a workout for an entire week.

Goal (Long):
I have been known as the "skinny" girl, since as far back as I can remember, and I'm tired of looking like Olive Oil. I want as close to a shapely figure as possible. I want some curves and some muscle definition. After reading several different books, magazines and website articles on the topic, I have become convinced that the only way to achieve the curves that I have been longing for is to lift heavy weights, adopt a healthy diet, and perform cardio. I'd like to develop a sexy, toned back and shoulders that will make me the envy of other women whenever I wear strapless dresses or tops that show off my back or shoulders. I want strong, shapely arms; a dancer's legs; sexy, muscular abs; a slender waistline; and a firm, round butt and bustline. In other words, I want the whole entire package, and I am ready and willing to put in the time, effort, sweat, and tears to reach my fitness goals. I am not too concerned about how much weight I gain or lose during this endevour because I've never had a problem with my weight, but I am quite certain that I will need to lose some body fat in order for the developed muscle in my thighs, hips, and abdominals to become visible. I will achieve the above in two years or less.
Fitlover is confident, self-assured, and self-motivated judging by her avatars and the comments that she has posted on her bodyspace, and if I had her figure I would be too. Her avatars inspire me to keep striving to meet my fitness goals.
I'm continuing to follow the same workout routine that was recommended for my specific body-type (ectomorph). The only change that I'm making to it as of June 19, 2009 is the amount of cardio that I'm doing. As of now, I'm cancelling the cardio sessions that I was performing on Tuesday...
Well to be honest with you, I dont really notice it, but others tell me I look thinner and my butt is smaller lol.. I did lose 12 lbs though according to the scale. But because i haven't been eating enough, I'm not seeing much muscle gain :( What are you doing to train?
Going well for me. I have been at this for about 8 yrs now. I have recently decided to do a show next summer. Im excited...first one. Im doing rather well with my goals. Is there something that I can help you with to jump start ur goals? :) Let me know....
