Why I Love It:
The pumps and everything about it just brings a feeling you can't get with anything else. The sense of well being, that you are making yourself as healthy as you can. Knowing that down the road your body is going to thank you for all the hard work you put into it. Knowing when your still kicking and all your slacker buddies have passed away that you a still around because you decided to make a decision to live a healthy life style.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at myself in the mirror and find everything that I can still work on. I read health magazines, Idolize people who have a better body than I, so that I have a goal to set forth too. And why not, who doesn't like to wake up everyday and feel healthy and alive.
BB Accomplishments:
Bench 300
Squat 450
Deadlift 530
Lose 30 pounds

Goal (Long):
Well I started out wanting to get under 200 pounds which I hadn't been in a couple years. Around christmas I was 225 pounds and not loving what I saw in the mirror. I am not 199 pounds almost a month and a half later. My next goal is to get down to 190 and that should be no problem...or atleast I hope. Once I get down to there...I'll decide what my next step will be, but until then I'll enjoy the journey to there.
Just ran my first 5K race in almost 4 years, and did it in 22:07. Pretty stoked about it seeing how the course was super hilly and between running the hills, dodging moose and homeless people, HAPPY WITH MY TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the cutting routine that I am currently doing and it is working fairly well. Definitely had to work up into it, especially with all the cardio that is in it. Treadmill run is finished with a 20 to 25 minute effort of HIIT and the bike is for the extra burn and calories.
MATE...THAT'S MY FAV CARDIO ALSO!!!
I HIKE EVERY CHANCE I CAN TAKE!!!
WHILE EVERYDAY I HIKE BOUT 6-10 MILES CARRYIN' 80 LBS ON MY BACK!!! GOOD TO FIND ONE LIKE YOU MATE!! GREAT AVI MAN, GREAT DELTS!!!
