I moved on to Rippetoes after the Waterbury Method. All lifts went way up! I am thinking of running WS4SB for awhile. Ever tried that out? I have heard and read a lot of positive things about the Cressey stuff.

there is no way i would have the endurance for a full body workout. thats really difficult to do legs, chest, back, shoulders in one day, plus arms.
