How I Started:
I always admired my dad's bodybuilding photos and read his old ironman magazines. My father wrote my first programme and got me started.
Why I Love It:
The stress relief, sense of well-being, anti-aging benefits, aquisition of strength and the ownership of a bodybuilder's physique. Also all the positive, motivated and delightful people I have met during my travels via physique competitions over the years.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's easy just focusing on the old adage..."look good, feel good, am good!"

1994 Mr Novice WA, 1998 Mr Intermediate WA, 2000 Mr Under 80 kg WA, 2005 Mr Overall WA and Masters Mr Australia, 2006 Masters Mr Australia and bronze medal-Natural Olympia, 2007 Masters Mr Australia, 2008 Masters and Open class 2 Mr WA.

Goal (Long):
I have won national titles in Australia in the Masters division over the last 4 years and placed 3rd at the Natural Olympia in 2006. I have competed in both drug tested contests and non drug tested events during my competitive years (since 1994) and had many victories and top 3 placings. In recent years I have enjoyed helping others prepare for physique contests as well as simply assisting people in improving their overall appearance according to their own ideals.

its weird cuz when i eat everything in sight at the end of the day i am just bloated and did not gain real quality muscle but a big stomach! what is ur mass gaining meal plan?
