How I Started:
I was tired of being small and skinny. I wanted to build some muscle so i bought some dumbells and started using them before i went to my bed. One thing just led to another and now i got my own home gym and and am the scotish teen champion.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it is the ultimate challenge. I love having control over my body and making it look how i want it to look
How I Stay Motivated:
I enjoy bodybuilding and what i get out of it, so motivation aint really a problem. If i didnt enjoy bodybuilding, i wouldnt do it. Cheat meals once a week are always good, i get to be normal for one night lol

make sure u warm up with a few light sets on the bench and stretch out your chest. I do four sets of incline barbell press 4 sets of barbell press and 4 sets of incline fly. on the presses dont lock out on each rep and you will get a much better pump.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?

What leg workout has worked best for you?
i like to do 5 sets of barbell squats 4 sets on the leg press machine and 4 sets on the leg curl.

Hey Craig, I'm not doing any cardio right now. Like yourself, it works against my gains. -so just bulking now and I'll start cardio after I'm done. Training is going well so far. Leg night for me also since I didn't hit them last night. I'm NOT looking forward to that but ya have to work'em. Started to hit them twice a week. Alright man, keep at it. ttyl
Thanks man. I'd be glad to share. I diet with moderate carbs. I eat about 4.5oz rice 4 times a day with oats in the morning. So i'm by no means starving. The way my diet works is this: All foods are super clean. No cheating. only complex carbs. Very high protein. And plenty of good old cardio. Remember this: the more gradual the cut you do the less muscle you obviously will lose. So pace yourself and do post-workout cardio!
