Overall Goal: Have a good off season and defend my title next year at the BNBF Scotish Teen Championship, then compete at the British Teen Championship. i want to bring up the overall size of my torso and legs.

How I Started:
I was tired of being small and skinny. I wanted to build some muscle so i bought some dumbells and started using them before i went to my bed. One thing just led to another and now i got my own home gym and and am the scotish teen champion.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it is the ultimate challenge. I love having control over my body and making it look how i want it to look
How I Stay Motivated:
I enjoy bodybuilding and what i get out of it, so motivation aint really a problem. If i didnt enjoy bodybuilding, i wouldnt do it. Cheat meals once a week are always good, i get to be normal for one night lol

make sure u warm up with a few light sets on the bench and stretch out your chest. I do four sets of incline barbell press 4 sets of barbell press and 4 sets of incline fly. on the presses dont lock out on each rep and you will get a much better pump.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?

What leg workout has worked best for you?
i like to do 5 sets of barbell squats 4 sets on the leg press machine and 4 sets on the leg curl.

Hey I have a few questions about deadlifting, I saw your post on ashy's log about keeping your butt low and chest up in order to maintain and arched back... But I cannot keep my butt low (like a squat) without rounding my back at all, so I'm more upright but my back is perfectly arched. Is that okay?

Hey Craig, I'm not doing any cardio right now. Like yourself, it works against my gains. -so just bulking now and I'll start cardio after I'm done. Training is going well so far. Leg night for me also since I didn't hit them last night. I'm NOT looking forward to that but ya have to work'em. Started to hit them twice a week. Alright man, keep at it. ttyl
