How I Started:
I was tired of being small and skinny. I wanted to build some muscle so i bought some dumbells and started using them before i went to my bed. One thing just led to another and now i got my own little gym.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it is the ultimate challenge. Its not a hobby its a lifestyle. I love spening hours alone in my gym. just me and the iron getting the job done.
How I Stay Motivated:
i love when people hate on me because im a bodybuilder because i know they couldint do what i already have. When im in my gym, all alone pumping iron for hours on end i know that most people would just be board or not want to be there atall, but me, its the highlight of my day i love it. The more i sacrifise the more motivated i get. Im not one of these people that sacrafise things that need not be sacrifised. i have a good social life a great girlfriend. But when i sacrafise e.g. spening the night with my grilfriend so i can go to the gym it motivates me because i know most people wouldint have the dedication to do that and it gives me all the more reason to train because your not gona say "no cant see u gota go to the gym" then not go to the gym atall.
Also knowing that when i skip a meal someone else didnt, if i skip a workout someone else didnt. there are people just as hungy as me and aslong as i dont forget that i should be all right!

gaining 60lb in two years.

Goal (Long):
I want to get really really big, but not like the bodybuilders nowadays i want a body more like arnolds tipe. small waist huge body!
make sure u warm up with a few light sets on the bench and stretch out your chest. I do four sets of incline barbell press 4 sets of barbell press and 4 sets of incline fly. on the presses dont lock out on each rep and you will get a much better pump.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?

What leg workout has worked best for you?
i like to do 5 sets of barbell squats 4 sets on the leg press machine and 4 sets on the leg curl.
last night couldint get to sleep. went to bed at 9.30 didnt doze off till 12! i was so gutted. i went to sleep and hadnt eaten anything in the last 2.5 hours. had to get up at 6 to go to college. legs tonight, its gona suck!
breakfast-10 boiled egg whites w/2slices dry wheat toast
Snack- Shake
Lunch- Chicken Sandwich & chicken salad
Snack- Shake
Dinner- Chicken, steak, or baked fish w/mixed veggies
Snack- Turkey or chicken sandwich

I'm a "for pleasure" lifter, although my life has become absolutely miserable ever since i got in a bulking competition with 1_2_Rage...his 10 lbs for my 5...he's a major smack talker...I have to deal with failed demoralization attempts 24/7...hopefully you are more tolerable :P
